College
Park Homeowners Association
Purpose
The main function of CPHA is to be a forum
for neighbors to discuss any concerns that they may have. It also serves
to introduce neighbors to each other and the community at large. CPHA
members regularly participate in local community and charitable events. General meetings are held on an as
needed basis at either resident’s homes or at local restaurants and
feature a community liaison from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s
Office. Annual newsletters are
delivered to all resident’s homes, while regular updates are sent through
the neighborhood email list highlighting upcoming events and meetings.
Membership in CPHA is not mandatory and only
requires residency within College Park and payment of the $25 annual dues.
CPHA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which means that annual dues
are tax deductible. All College Park residents are encouraged to join the
email list and attend CPHA meetings to learn more about the organization and
offer input as we move forward.
Boundaries
The
College Park Neighborhood extends from Dixie Highway on the west to the
Intercoastal Waterway on the east.
The north boundary is the West Palm Beach (C-51) Canal, and the southern
boundary is Wellesley Dr (formerly 19th Ave N).
